Biography
Isabelle Fellrath holds a LL.B. (Neuchâtel Univ.), an LL.M and Ph.D. (Nottingham Univ.). She was called to the Swiss Bar in 1998. She has extensive experience in commercial and investment arbitrations, acting as counsel and sitting as an accredited arbitrator with renown arbitral institutions. She regularly sits as an arbitrator in sport and ethics disputes with Court of Arbitration for Sport and Swiss Sports Tribunal, and chair the Adjudicatory body of European Aquatics Integrity Unit. She served as an Adjunct Judge at the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. After over 25 years of practice in leading Swiss and international law firms, with extensive involvement in African matters, Dr Fellrath launched Swiss-based legal boutique LexInn Legal Office offering counsel, arbitrator and legal expert services in commercial, contract, investment, sport, energy, environmental and ESG matters. Dr Fellrath publishes in her areas of expertise, which she has been teaching for over 20 years (Glasgow Univ., Lausanne Univ., EPFL). Dr Fellrath practices in French, English and Italian.
