I am a co-founder and have been a member of the executive committee of the annual East Africa International Arbitration Conference for the past 12 years . I have been a visiting lecturer in international arbitration and international investment law for post-graduate students at the Universities of Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar and Mekelle, Ethiopia. I am a member of the panel of arbitrators of the CRCICA and KIAC a and promote the appointments of African arbitrators. I have sat as arbitrator in several Asia-Africa arbitrations, including Africa-seated arbitrations.

Biography
Elodie Dulac is a partner in King & Spalding’s Singapore office and a member of the firm’s International Arbitration group. She has represented clients in commercial and investment arbitrations around the world. Elodie has particular expertise in energy, mining, joint ventures/shareholder disputes and investor-State disputes, as well as Asia-Africa disputes. In addition to her work as counsel, she has been appointed as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and chair in over 30 arbitrations (HKIAC, ICC, SIAC, KIAC, AIAC and ad hoc). Elodie is a Singapore representative on the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, a member of the IBA’s Investment Arbitration Committee and a Vice Chair of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association. She has been named as a leading lawyer for international arbitration in Chambers Asia Pacific 2025, Legal500 2025 and Lexology/Who’s Who Legal 2025 (Global Leader and Thought Leader) aamong others. Elodie is admitted to practice in England & Wales (Solicitor-Advocate), Paris, France (Avocate) and Cambodia (Foreign Lawyer). She is a Registered Foreign Lawyer at the Singapore International Commercial Court.
