If non-African, how do you promote Africans in international arbitration/ADR?
I work closely with colleagues from many countries across Africa as co-counsel in my various cases, permitting the sharing of knowledge and practices both ways.
My team in Paris includes Africans who are in the process of becoming well-known and respected practitioners.
I also encourage the nomination of African arbitrators not only in Africa-related arbitrations, but in any arbitration in which their nominations are appropriate.
