Biography
I’m a qualified Arbitrator, Court Annexed and Commercial Mediator and Construction Adjudicator with over 8yrs of practical experience in managing Commercial and investment disputes, ESGs, Sports, Energy, Contract, Insurance, Employment, and family disputes. In addition, I’m an academician with experience in teaching Commercial Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mediation, international Commercial and Trade Law, Human Rights and Legal Process at University Level.

I’m the Founder of iSettle Management Consultants, a company specialized in dispute avoidance and management services based in Lusaka Zambia.

Currently an Executive Committee Member of Ciarb Zambia; Chairperson of the Women in ADR Zambia; Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Arbitral Women, African Arbitration Association and Institute of Directors Zambia.
