CRCICA’s event in Dubai Arbitration Week 2023 (DAW23)

On 13-17 November 2023, CRCICA was an active participant in the Dubai Arbitration Week organized by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). Dr. Ismail Selim, CRCICA’s Director, delivered the opening statement at CRCICA’s event focusing on the New CRCICA Arbitration Rules 2024, which will enter into force in January 2024. CRCICA’s documentary "Between North and South" was screened during the event. Distinguished members of CRCICA’s Advisory Committee and Board of Trustees spoke at the event including; Mr. Michael Schneider, Prof. Dr. Mohamed S. Abdel Wahab, Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim, and Prof. Dr. Nayla Comair-Obeid.

Notably, CRCICA’s documentary was screened on 4 December 2023, with French subtitles, at the joint event organized by CRCICA and the Arbitration and ADR Section of the Society of Comparative Legislation (Société de Legislation Comparée – Arbitrage et ADR) at the SCL’s theatre in Paris.
